Before we begin
Can you prepare a plan for my lender?
We first review the requirements supplied by your lender or broker. Any accountant certification, specialist credit assessment or additional modelling must be arranged separately. Funding approval is determined by the lender and is not guaranteed.
What do I need to provide?
Your purpose and deadline, recent financial records, operating information and the assumptions or quotes behind your plans. Do not send bank credentials or identity documents through the initial enquiry.
How do payment and timing work?
We agree the written scope first. Payment is 50% on commencement and 50% on completion. The seven-business-day first-draft period starts after complete inputs are received. Your review time and any agreed changes affect final completion.
What falls outside this package?
Accounting certification, legal or tax advice, lending or investment recommendations, funding applications submitted on your behalf, valuations, visa plans and extensive acquisition due diligence are excluded.
